Cooper Executive Services began in 1992. 

Cooper Executive Services is a Bookkeeping and Payroll Service for Small Business.  We take care of the record keeping for you so you can pursue your day to day business.

Besides the usual bookkeeping services we can also:

• Take care of your billing and mailing of invoices

• We can pay your bills.

• Take care of your banking.  

• Take care of your insurance or any other business you need done. 

• Business Registration with the different Government Agencies.

• Federal ID Number Registration.

The payroll service includes your payroll checks, payroll deposits and payroll taxes. The payroll program we utilize will print on blank checks so you do not have to provide the checks.  We can make your payroll tax deposits at the bank or electronically file them for you.  We can, also, electronically file your payroll taxes.  The payroll program can put your signature on the checks or it will leave it blank for you to sign them.
